- We offer flat-rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $75.
- Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
- Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping speed selected at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within the United States, Canada and Mexico.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Certain handcrafted or high-value items may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
International Shipping
- We ship to select international locations. Shipping times and costs will vary.
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- You can track your package using the link provided in the email.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Songbird On the Wire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
