Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility  
- Item must be in the same condition as received  
- Unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging  
- Receipt or proof of purchase required

To start a return:  
Please contact us at barbara@songbirdonthewire.com to initiate a return and receive our return mailing address.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.  
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if it’s damaged, defective, or the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items  
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)  
- Custom or personalized items  
- Personal care items (beauty products)  
- Hazardous materials  
- Gift cards or sale items

Exchanges  
For exchanges, please place a new order after your return is accepted.

Refunds  
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.  
If 15 business days have passed since approval and no refund has appeared, contact us at barbara@songbirdonthewire.com.
